Members of the Iraqi Group for Foreign Affairs met with the Acting the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament Mr. Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, on Sunday 12 May 2024 in Baghdad.
At the beginning of the meeting, the members of the group gave a brief explanation of the work of the Iraqi group, its goals and future plans, where Al-Mandalawi praised the step of forming the group, and the visions and ideas it presents, which contribute to the development of the country’s foreign policy, stressing the importance of expanding the group’s work in the next stage by activating Track II diplomacy. In order to reach an effective foreign policy that enhances stability, achieves development, and brings economic and trade benefits to the country.
