A non-governmental advisory group consisting of a limited number of academic and research personalities specialized in foreign affairs: foreign policy, national security, economics in decision-making, alternatives and proposed initiatives. It presents its mission and perspective to both governmental and non-governmental institutions internationally, in order to achieve an effective foreign policy that serves the country’s highest interests.
