At the kind invitation of His Excellency the former President Dr. Barham Salih, the Iraqi Group for Foreign Affairs (IGFA) participated in the eighth annual Sulaymaniyah Forum, which is organized by the American University in Sulaymaniyah in cooperation with the Center for Regional and International Studies (IRIS), under the title (The complex challenges facing… Iraq and the Middle East), on April 17-18, 2024, with the participation of many researchers, experts and decision-makers from various parts of the Middle East and the world.
The forum discusses several topics: renewed conflict in the Middle East and North Africa region, security dynamics in Iraq and the region, reform of the economic system, the future of the political system, and climate change.
