Members of the Iraqi Group for Foreign Affairs (IGFA) met with the representative of the KRG in Baghdad, Professor Fares Issa Abdul Karim.
At the beginning of the meeting, the members of the Iraqi group provided an explanation of the group’s role, goals, and future plans. For his part, the representative of the regional government blessed the formation of the Iraqi Group for Foreign Affairs, expressing his full support for the success of its work in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
The two sides also discussed the importance of strengthening the role of think tanks in maintaining communication and dialogue between the Kurdistan Region and Baghdad.
