The Iraqi Group for Foreign Affairs participated in the Sixth Middle East Peace and Security Forum (MEPS Forum), which was hosted by Dohuk – The American University of Kurdistan on November 18- 19, 2025, under the theme: “Managed Chaos: A New Middle East.” The sessions were attended by an elite group of senior political and diplomatic figures, heads of think tanks, and civil society leaders.
The Forum is an initiative aimed at cementing Iraq’s role as a platform for regional dialogue instead of being an arena for conflicts, by bringing together decision-makers, experts, and researchers to discuss the region’s challenges and explore opportunities for peace-building and enhancing sustainable security.
