‏Iraqi Group Participates in Jordanian Society for Culture and Science Seminar

Within the framework of enhancing regional dialogue and understanding, the Iraqi Group for Foreign Affairs participated in the seminar organized by the Jordanian Society for Culture and Science in the capital, Amman, which discussed the topic of “The Future of the Kurds in the Region” in the presence of a number of experts and specialists who addressed the political and economic challenges facing Kurdish communities in the Middle East, in addition to anticipating the future of the Kurds in light of the complex geopolitical transformations witnessed by the region.

‏Members of the Iraqi Group provided in-depth insights into the current situation of Kurdish communities in Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Iran, where they pointed out the major challenges facing these communities in the areas of security and development. The pivotal role that constructive dialogue between Kurdish forces and the concerned countries can play in order to achieve a stable and secure future was also addressed.

‏The seminar witnessed wide interaction from the attendees, as many questions and interventions were raised that positively influenced the discussions, reflecting the great interest in the future of the Kurdish issue in the context of the complex transformations in the Middle East
