The Iraqi Group for Foreign Affairs hosted a ceremony in honor of His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Mohammed Al-Hassan, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Iraq, on the occasion of the conclusion of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) mandate for 2025.
This initiative was held in appreciation of his outstanding efforts in supporting stability and fostering dialogue in Iraq, as well as the role he played during his tenure in consolidating paths of cooperation and understanding.
The event was attended by prominent heads of Iraqi think tanks and research centers, underscoring the importance of partnership between national research institutions and international organizations, and their role in supporting stability and public policy-making.
